Below is a list of Frequently Asked Questions about our new SMS Blasting Application Service:
- What is the validity period for the SMS Credits?
All SMS credits are valid for 1 year. You can top-up credits (Minimum 1000 SMS) to bring forward the balance of your SMS Credits.
- Can I see the status of the SMS? Or delivery status?
Yes, there are 8 types of SMS status in our system; there are Pending, Sent, Delivered Successful, Delivered Failed, Rejected, Expired, Unknown and Error.
- Do you charge if the SMS not delivered?
Yes, we charge every SMS sent. We will refund for those SMS with error status.
- Can I change my Sender ID?
Yes, you can change your Sender ID anytime. Just login into our system, go to Utility and click Sender ID.
- Can I send MMS?
Yes, our system will store the uploaded media file into our server and deliver WAP Push to recipients.
- What are the charges for MMS?
1 Credit. YES, it is the same charge for 1 SMS Credit.
- Which model of phone can receive the MMS?
Recipient must have a WAP/GPRS/3G enabled phone to receive the MMS/WAP Push message that sent from our system.
